Community Integration Services assist clients with the following:
The goal of Community Integration at Blue Willow is to enable clients to access the resources and develop skills for increased independent living within the community. *Community Integration Services at Blue Willow do not include food services, medication management, or daily transportation. It is the role of Blue Willow to assist clients with accessing these resources within the community to increase function and independence.
IOP is run 5 days a week 3 hours per day. Participants are provided with education on a wide variety of topics including; coping with cravings, eliminating triggers, setting boundaries, relapse prevention, improving stress response, making new friends, etc.
Development of support systems will be stressed as critical in recovery. Participants will be strongly encouraged to participate in 12-step or mutual-help support groups through all stages of the recovery process.
Blue Willow DEEP Evaluations:
Intake sessions are scheduled with a licensed clinician to discuss the program, assess bio/psycho/social needs, complete and sign all necessary paperwork including but not limited to releases, consent to treatment, medication contracts, telehealth releases and HIPPA. Once the clinical intake is completed an intake with the perscriber will be scheduled.
During the first session with the prescriber, you can expect a full hour session. The prescriber will meet with each individual to complete a full clinical assessment and discuss individual medication and clinical needs. Each participant will be required to have a urine/drug screen at this time. Clients are required to engage in treatment based on the appropriate level of care recommended.
